At The Brick Tile Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation; if your project requirements change, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard brick slips and tiles. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific quantity of tiles you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the tiles in their original boxes and secure them onto a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Transport

  Ship the products back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned stock for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
