How many brick tiles should I order for my project?
We recommend measuring your wall area in square meters and adding a 10% wastage allowance to cover cuts and breakages. If you are tiling corners, don't forget to order our matching L-shaped corner tiles.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample pack. Since our tiles are made from natural clay, colors and textures can vary slightly. Seeing them in your own lighting helps ensure the perfect match for your home.
What is the typical shipping time for an order?
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, our specialist pallet courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window.
Can your brick tiles be used behind a stove or fireplace?
Absolutely. Our brick tiles are made from genuine fired clay and are naturally fire-resistant, making them an ideal and safe choice for fireplace surrounds and kitchen splashbacks behind hobs.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of full, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked pallet service for larger quantities.
